Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ExpoundCoderz Pvt Ltd ("ExpoundCoderz") and the end user ("User"). By installing, downloading, or using the software provided by ExpoundCoderz, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

ExpoundCoderz grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software provided by ExpoundCoderz solely for User's personal or business use. This license is subject to the following conditions:

• The software may only be used on one installation.
• The source code of the software is accessible to User for a lifetime, starting from the date of purchase.
• User is entitled to support services for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• User is entitled to access the latest version of the software for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.

2. Restrictions

User shall not:

• Republish or redistribute materials from the software.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software.
• Modify or create derivative works from the software.
• Use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of this Agreement.
• Place the software on a publicly accessible server.

3. Refund Policy

ExpoundCoderz offers a 15-day refund policy. User may request a refund within 15 days of purchasing the software if they find it unsuitable for any reason. To initiate a refund, User must remove all copies of the software from their systems and confirm such removal via email. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the request.

4. Support

User is entitled to support services for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. Support includes assistance with bug fixes directly related to or caused by the software. Support requests for store-specific issues, or those not reproducible on a fresh installation without 3rd party plugins, may be rejected.

5. Updates

ExpoundCoderz offers access to the latest versions of the software for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Users may download and install updates during this period. After the support period has expired, ExpoundCoderz cannot guarantee assistance with software problems during or after updating.

6. Variation

ExpoundCoderz reserves the right to revise the terms of this Agreement. Revised terms will apply to the use of the software from the date of publication on the ExpoundCoderz website.

7. Assignment

ExpoundCoderz may transfer or sub-contract its rights and obligations under this Agreement without notifying User. User may not transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with their rights and obligations under this Agreement.

8. Exclusion of Third Party Rights

This Agreement is for the benefit of the parties involved and is not intended to benefit any third party. The rights and obligations in this Agreement are not subject to the consent of a third party.
