Restore Cancel Order

This document provides information on how to configure and use Restore Cancel Order extension in Magento.

Restore Cancel Order extension gives you permission to Restore your Cancelled orders.

Let your management team cancel the order by mistake and by default there is no way to restore you cancelled orders so our extension provides you a way to restore your cancelled orders via Mass action and Manually.

Suddenly Cancelled orders affect your customers' expressions because without any permission we cancelled customer orders which makes customers Unhappy. To resolve this problem we allow you to restore your cancelled order easily from the admin via one click.

Step 1: Login to Magento admin and Go to Store->Configuration section you will see the Ests Module tab in the left menu.

Step 2: After Enabling the Module, go to the Sales Orders Section SALES > Orders > Order Grid

Step 3:Next, Go to Order View Page
SALES > Orders > Click Action View Tab

Step 4: Now Click to Restore Cancel Order Tab to restore canceled order back to the particular order.

Step 5 : Once the Order is Restored, the status of the order will be updated to Pending again. Here, only Canceled orders are allowed to Restore again.

Step 6 :Select the Cancelled order which you want to Restore.

Step 7 :The same Orders Restoring process can be done with the Mass Action from the Orders grid.

Here, select the Canceled orders that needs to restore again and click to Restore Cancel Order option from the actions drop down.

Here, we can see 3 selected orders are restored successfully.

Step 8 :Even after Restoring any order, admin can be able to make that order Cancel again.
